I need to skate!!!

Yesterday I watched the Etnies 12 pack that came with my new shoes. It was so awesome. All women doing their thing. WooT! Anyway, it inspired me to practice my Ollie. Check it out!

Snow...

Alright, before I even start talking about the snow we've had let me clarify to all the folks that don't live in Denver that we just don't get a lot of snow here. We really do not get much snow EVER. When we do get snow it's here and then 2 days later it's back in the 50's and the snow is gone. That being said the rest of this post will make some sense.

I AM OVER THE SNOW ALREADY!!!!

We still have a good 8-10 inches in our front yard (which gets the most sun) and that is after several days of 50 degree weather. The roads are THICK with ice and snow and don't even get me started on our alley. Holy cow!! It's snowing again right now. They are predicting another 18" or more by morning and then a second wave tomorrow evening. Unbelievable.

bah...

It’s cold here. Fourteen degrees sort of cold and there is snow everywhere. That means no skateboarding outside. I want to go to Woodward tomorrow, but I know it’s going to be a fight. My son is on restriction and my daughter doesn’t want to go so I’d have to figure out how to go alone. That’s not going to work. *sigh* No skateboarding this weekend. I hate that.
